His practical understanding of customer requirements and business workflows, coupled with a collaborative leadership style, has shaped innovative solutions that drive efficiency, adaptability, and growth.

Charles W. “Bill” Woo

Former President

With more than years of experience in the software development and material handling industries, Bill is not only an expert in software design and equipment functionality, he also has a keen understanding of common day-to-day production issues that arise in warehouse and fulfillment centers. This expertise and insight enables Bill to quickly analyze and respond to complex problems with effective and sometimes innovative solutions.

Before founding Dove Tree in 1988, Bill served as VP-Software Division at a leading U.S. provider of material handling equipment, where he helped develop and introduce some of the industry’s earliest software-controlled carousel systems. Bill helped develop and introduce some of the industry’s earliest PC-based warehouse automation systems and software-driven carousel equipment.

M. Vickie Armstrong

Vickie supports project and contract administration while managing bookkeeping operations. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure that both internal teams and external partners are supported with efficiency and care.
