Training Services
Long before software is installed, Dove
Tree works with end user management
to identify training needs. Dove Tree then
develops and implements a training plan
in close coordination with the end user.
Users are trained on daily
operational aspects, such as how to
make queires, generate reports,
browse tables, and resolve operator
and data errors
Supervisors are separately trained
on administrative functions, such as
system monitoring, user registration,
startup files, data loading, software
updating, data backup, purging
operations, and special reporting
