Go-Live Support
Clients receive up to 24 cumulative hours
of free round-the-clock technical support
during the five (5) days immediately
following installation of our software.
Software Support Plans
Remote Support Technology
Remote System Access - With client
authorization, we can diagnose and
resolve certain technical issues by
remotely accessing the client's computer
system. We use highly secure
connections that have earned the
confidence of even our most
security-minded clients.
Clients with a valid maintenance agreement may seek assistance from our technical
support team when necessary to resolve issues. Several post-sale software support
plans are available. Clients with maintenance agreements also receive early access
to upcoming software releases and product discounts, when applicable.
Per-Incident Support
Our technical support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pacific Time. Clients without a valid maintenance agreement may purchase technical
assistance on a per-incident basis. Client-issued purchase orders are required in
advance. Before preparing a purchase order, clients should call our Sales Desk to
obtain the applicable hourly rate and minimum charge.
FTP File Transfer - Clients intending to
send files to Dove Tree should call
Technical Support to obtain a username
and password. FTP files should be
transferred to the FTP server identified as
"ftp.dovetree.com" and placed in the
designated directory.
AOL users must enter "FTP" in the keyword form and follow all displayed instructions. Enter "ftp.dovetree.com" when asked for the name of the FTP server. AOL's keyword form is obtained by simultaneously pressing "Ctrl" and "K" on your keyboard.
